« While the behind-the-scenes activities continue in full swing, your inner world is also in full swing. This is inevitable when you are in an ascension process where all external change depends on your internal transformation. This has indeed been occurring, even if for many it has not been as evident - at least for now - in the way they believe is ideal.
You have been facing very intense calls in recent months to connect with your deeper natures, your simpler nature, and truly more connected to the Source. This will be a month when that will be most intensified, dear ones! You are in a great closing of cycle and the energies of the next few days will enable you to gain more direct access to your inner self.
Many still fear to face what may be in their innermost being, so much so that they avoid it in some way, dodging as much as they can this deeper contact with their nature. It is a fact that many have forgotten how wonderful they are, and for eons have been ensnared by forces that really did not want this reconnection. These forces then created various traps and illusions to make you fear contact with yourself, keeping you in the outer illusion for so long.
Try closing your eyes and asking yourself, "Hello, who's there?" and you will feel/see/perceive the sign of your deeper, Divine Self there. There is nothing to fear. Certainly, within you there are also things that need to be healed, but tuning in to your true Self will give you all the strength to overcome all barriers and karmic remnants and move forward toward your elevation.
There is much that is in store that will inevitably be coming out in these times dear ones! And all of these changes will surface when you really take it upon yourself that it is time for this reconnection with your essences. I guarantee it will be worth any hardship or pain you have faced along the way.
It is true that no one on Earth wishes to feel pain, and all of us at the Galactic Commands wish to see you completely happy and excited about life. However, often the signals that many of you can hear is the signal of pain. And that is changing as the frequencies rise and you find yourselves with a more sublimated energy within. The shadows that exist there can also be observed and worked with love, without resistance or escape.
All over the world, many of our most dedicated channels have been facing their innermost issues and have had to take a break for a while, until they have their energies completely restored to resume their activities while still on Earth. Know that this is also very necessary: your moments of pause so that you can observe yourself in the midst of nature and/or in your most peaceful environments where you wish to be.
This November, you will have intensities of frequencies that will ask you for moments of interaction and inner retreat, as there will be an up and down of frequencies so that ultimately there will be a more positive stabilization in the last days of the month. Allow yourselves to be observers and also active in these moments, trusting in our presence that continually supports you in your dynamic efforts to stay true to the plan of the Supreme Creator, which is and always has been your ascension still in the physical. All these processes you have been going through are the necessary adjustments in all your bodies for that purpose. You free up space used by old energies, so that the new ones can have access. It is as simple as that.

This is not genuine, for you have once again been through a major attempt to stop you. You have overcome and overcome yourselves courageously in the last two years, and you are entering a year in which some things will be revealed to you about all that has been experienced recently.
