Reiki is an ancient Tibetan art that promotes healing. It is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can use, as it is not linked to any religion or philosophical stream. It is an energy work that helps to balance, heal, and harmonize the body, mind, and soul. It can be used for personal awareness raising and spiritual growth. There are records of hand healing in Tibet for at least 8,000 years. However, the rediscovery of Reiki occurred in Japan, around 1920, through a persistent search by Mr. Mikao Usui, born August 15, 1865 in the Japanese village of Yago.

Reiki cannot be "learned". The ability to transmit the Vital Energy is transferred from master to student by a process of initiation (like tuning into a radio station). Initiation harmonizes the chakras (energy centers) of the crown, heart, and hands, establishing a permanent connection with the Universal Energy Source.

Note: Essential Reiki is connected to Christic Consciousness. I learned in September 2023 that there are reports that Mr. Mikao Usui also had knowledge of Essene teachings. Initiations are always done in person, as it is necessary to interact directly with the initiate. At any of the levels, a printed and/or PDF manual is given at the end, depending on what the student prefers.

Essential Reiki Level 1 - This level can be taken by anyone who has not yet been initiated, or who has taken Level 1 and feels the need to repeat it (whether they have been initiated by me or not). In addition to the initiation itself, I also teach the student a grounding practice, chakra and aura cleansing. I also teach how to work with the thymus gland so that the person, in their ongoing healing process, can develop it as a chakra.

Essential Reiki Level 2 - This level is aimed at Level 1 Initiates or Level 2 Initiates who feel the need to repeat it (in both cases, whether they were initiated by me or not). In this level, the Initiate will meet one's Reiki Guide, learn how to send Reiki remotely, receive 3 symbols and receive the specific Level 2 initiation. At the end, an Essential Reiki Level 2 Certificate is provided because, with this level, the Initiate can now officially practice Reiki Therapies.

 

Note: For those who have never been initiated by me before, and who don't have any cleansing and protection tools, I can also teach a grounding practice, chakra and aura cleansing. I also teach how to work with the thymus gland so that the person, in their ongoing healing process, can develop it as a chakra.

Essential Reiki Level 3 - This level is aimed at Level 2 Initiates or Level 3 Initiates who feel the need to repeat it (in both cases, whether they were initiated by me or not). In this level, the Initiate becomes a Reiki Master, receives the remaining 2 symbols, learns how to initiate others and receives the specific Level 3 initiation. This is an inner calling of the spirit, inviting us to surrender ourselves to the universe and make ourselves available to be in service to All and according to the Law of One. The teaching and practice of Reiki should be done with seriousness, humility, wisdom, compassion, tolerance, forgiveness, and unconditional love. At the end, an Essential Reiki Level 3 Certificate is provided, certifying the Initiate as an Essential Reiki Master.
